Active Stretch – Hard Core
The perfect complement to any exercise program, especially The Boot Camp Workout, Active Stretch – Hard Core Conditioning is just that…hard core.
First, a series of mind-body exercises will teach the muscles to “fire” when called upon.
Second, actively stretching, standing and maintaining various one-legged positions challenges core strength and endurance.
Traveling forward, backward, and laterally, not only challenges core strength, it challenges the nervous system and allows for greater ranges of motion combined with strength during exercise creating stronger, leaner muscles.
Active Stretch Meets Tuesdays & Thursdays
Classes are 6-7 am at Good Harbor Beach
Session I: May 3 - 26
Session II: June 7 - June 30
Session III: July 12 - August 4
Session IV: August 9 - September 1
