The Boot Camp Workout
...is a no frills, no excuses, military-style workout designed by two retired Marines and executed by an experienced, certified personal trainer to get you into the Best Shape of Your Life!
The plan:
Monday, Wednesday, and Friday are THE BOOT CAMP WORKOUT. Side-straddle hops, pushups, steam engines, Indian Runs, and other various exercises as only the military could create!
Tuesday and Thursday are XTREME ABS AND ACTIVE STRETCHING. A perfect compliment to THE BOOT CAMP WORKOUT, this class is designed for "hard core" athletes, but can be modified for the individual, de-conditioned "Soccer Mom (or Dad)" as well.
SESSION I:
Wednesday, May 28 - Tuesday, June 24 (Vacation June 25- July 8)
SESSION II:
Monday, July 7 - Friday, August 1
SESSION III:
Monday, August 4 - Friday, August 29
