2011 Schedule - 


Small Group Personal Training:  



Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays:
5:45am - 12:00pm  (last session begins at 11:00am)  
3:00pm - 6:00pm  (last session begins at 5:00pm)
Open Gym 12:00pm - 3:00pm 

Small Group Personal Training is limited to 4 people per one-hour session.  Cost is $15 per session based on 3 sessions per week with 4-month membership.  Clients do one-half hour of weight training and one-half hour of interval training.  If you cannot make your scheduled appointment, you can come to any other class that has an opening, or you can come to open gym.



One-on-One or Partner Training:  


Tuesdays and Thursdays:
6:00am - 6:00pm  (last session begins at 5:00pm)    
Open Gym 12:00pm - 3:00pm


Saturdays:
9:00am - 1:00pm  (last session begins at 12:00pm)  
Open Gym 9:00am - 1:00pm


Single Session:  $60 per session

Prepay Package Options:
12 Session Prepay:  $600 (13th session FREE)
24 Session Prepay:  $1200  (25th & 26th sessions FREE)
