THE BOOT CAMP WORKOUT
…is a no frills, no excuses total-body conditioning program designed with the “Average Joe” and the “Average Soccer Mom” in mind. The Boot Camp Workout takes its design from the military in that it encourages teamwork, camaraderie, and fitness all together as one unit… or a Troop.
The Boot Camp Workout will:
- Burn belly fat
- Increase strength & endurance
- Increase core strength
- Optimize function and performance
- Increase Endorphins…the feel-good hormones
- Enhance Growth Hormone production in women

Cost is $120 per session or $15 drop-in fee.
